Friendly Directions (Word version)
Way # 1: Rte 3 North to exit 5 (111W). Follow 111W into Pepperell. At the junction of 113, take 113W. Follow 113W toward Townsend, MA. Take 119W into Townsend. In Townsend there is a sign for 123N to Mason. You will want to take 123. Follow 123 toward the center of Mason. 123 does split to the right at the Polaris building (Poor Farm)... Be sure to bear right there. As you approach the center of Mason, you will pass Depot Road on your right. Take your next left onto Cascade Road (dirt road). Follow to the end. Turn left onto Old Ashby Road. We are the second driveway on the right. 407 Old Ashby Road. Brick faced colonial with a red barn at the top of the driveway. Way #2: You may also go 101 West to Rte 13. Follow directions under "From North"
Way #3: From Parker's Maple Barn on
Brookline/Mason Road- From North: (Manchester/ Concord area) Take 101 West to Rte 13 in Milford. Follow 13 South to a blinking yellow light at Mason Road. Turn right onto Mason Road. (There is a sign that says "To Parker's" and also one that says "The Spa Barn") Drive about 7-9 minutes and you will pass Parker's on your left.. Continue with Directions Number 3 above. From West: (Peterborough, New Ipswich area) Take 101 East to Rte 124. Follow 124 toward New Ipswich/ Mason until you come to Rte 31. Take 31 North towards Wilton. Off of 31 just after the Greenville town line sign, Walker brook Road will be a sharp right turn. Take Walker Brook. Old Ashby Road is a left turn off of Walker brook. Follow Old Ashby around a large bend to the left. We are the next house on the left up the hill. 407 Old Ashby Road. Brick faced colonial with a red barn at the top of the driveway. If you pass cascade Road, you have gone too far. |
